- We’ll do our best to diagnose the issue with your vehicle based upon the information you provide, along with approximate repair costs.
- Please note: without physically inspecting the vehicle, we can only give our best estimate of the faults and costs.
- If needed, we can arrange for your vehicle to be recovered to our specialist repair centre in St. Helier to give a full diagnosis of the problem and exact costs.
- Should you proceed with repairs* then all diagnostic checks will be reduced to £0! We never charge more than the repair costs when our customers go ahead with repair works with us.
- We’ll do our best to give you a Diagnostic Report the same day, we don’t want to leave our customers second-guessing.
- We only use the best OEM parts supplied directly from the UK - and pass the saving on to our customers - who will usually save circa 30% on parts purchased in Jersey.
- If your car is under warranty, we work with all the major warranty companies and will process any claims on your behalf to save you additional stress at difficult times.
- We’ll let you know if there are likely to be any delays to the estimated repair times.
- When repairs are complete and final payments are made, or finance agreements are in place, we will attempt to return your vehicle by the end of the following working day.
- You’ll be given an invoice detailing the work completed, including our warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Excellent service….again. This is the second time I have used the Car Clinic and each time has been spot on. I took my VW e-golf in for a service and took the opportunity to get the wheels refurbished. When I went to pick it up Shaun (owner) and I agreed one or two of the wheels were not quite perfect. Without question, Shaun offered to get them all redone…….just picked it up and they are like new. Excellent customer service, thank you

A great experience all round. I phoned on the Monday, was booked in for Tuesday and had a full service, battery replacement, brake discs and pads replaced. The car was back with me for Thursday mid-day. The staff at The Car Clinic explained everything in detail and were excellent from start to finish.
